About the role
We need you to lead and manage our newly created Project Enablement team to ensure alignment with APC’s strategic priorities and objectives, ensuring consistency and coordination across APC projects. More information on this new team is available on our webpage.
You will need to have extensive experience in project and program management, including leading PMO or similar functions with a demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios, including reporting, risk management, and benefits realisation. Your strong leadership and team management skills will be valuable in building, mentoring and developing the PMO capabilities. You will need to have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Salary Package + Benefits
An attractive package is on offer for this role and includes salary of $150,000 to $170,000 plus superannuation + carpark + salary packaging (PBI) and $1,000 wellbeing allowance + Parking. Additionally, the APC offers 10 days personal leave along with a hybrid work from home opportunities.
