Frankston Neurology is a private Specialist Neurology Clinic which deals with all types of neurological conditions. Patients come to this clinic from all around Victoria. The moto of our clinic is to provide outstanding neurology specialist service to the community and provide the best neurological care to our patients. Our practice is patient care focused.

Qualifications & experience

• Good experience with Clinic to Cloud medical software. Good grip on Computer and digital platforms and softwares. Previous work experience in a busy Medical practice. Good multitasker.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Greeting patients and checking them in with the medical practice software Clinic to Cloud.
• Booking appointments for new patients.
• Dealing with complex patients of the neurology Specialist practice.
• Handling their concerns by liaising with the members of the care team.
• Answering phone calls and following up with relevant doctors.
• Taking payments for each patient once the appointment is finished.
• Liaising with GP practices and Radiology teams
• Confirming appointments for the doctors days before their clinics.
• Sending out letters to GP clinics and E-faxing the documents for radiology and pathology.
• Able to do at-least 24 to 28 hrs in a week.
