Job Description
We’re looking for an Organisational Capability Advisor to join our lively People & Culture team and help us create a workplace that’s bursting with energy, engagement, and opportunity. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project manage our employee engagement survey events and initiatives, rallying our people with your knack for getting things done.
- Oversee various projects, steering data-driven action planning with your sharp insights.
- Lead the annual performance review cycle, delivering compliance and leader-ready data with precision.
- Promote and communicate our employee benefits programs, gathering feedback to keep them top tier.
- Manage internal communications for the People & Culture team, crafting messages that connect and inspire.
- Handle LMS data distribution, ensuring it’s spot-on and ready to fuel growth.
- Support face-to-face learning sessions, bringing energy and teamwork to every moment.
- Assist Talent Acquisition & Management (TAM) with data for succession planning and mobility goals, collaborating to build our future.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- A natural team player with a passion for collaboration.
- Sharp data analysis skills and a strategic approach to turning metrics into meaningful action.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (essential).
- Outstanding communication skills, with the flair to forge strong connections across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A driven mindset to influence outcomes, steering projects that boost capability and align with our big-picture goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, particularly in employee engagement, benefits, and capability building.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Confidence with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and data visualisation tools to make insights pop.
- Certifications like CIPD or SHRM (not essential but will catch our eye!).
