About the Position
As an Organisational Capability Consultant, you will design, deliver and evaluate strategic development programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance and organisational effectiveness. You will facilitate training on human skills, leadership development, wellbeing and inclusion to respond to emerging issues and priorities, collaborating with key internal clients and stakeholders to align initiatives with their specific needs and goals to support professional growth and to achieve the University strategic objectives.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a completion of a degree in Human Resources or related area.
- Extensive experience in workplace training and/or instructional design including designing, facilitating and implementing training, programs and/or projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness using multiple learning approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders to find workable solutions and achieve outcomes.
- Well-developed coaching and facilitation skills.
- Experience in the application of training needs analysis frameworks, with the ability to identify, or design, programs to address skill gaps, introducing innovative practices for delivery and evaluation.
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary thinking in building organisational engagement, employee wellbeing, leadership capability and equity, diversity and inclusion evaluating performance culture and change initiatives.
- Experience in delivering projects that support the achievement of workforce strategies, meeting strict deadlines and managing various demands.
- Accreditation and experience using and implementing profiling tools such as DISC, TMS, MBTI or other assessment tools.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 8. The base salary will be in the range of $104,888 to $118,578 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $122,718 to $138,736 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
