Located in the vibrant Bourke & Bowden precinct, our unique urban oasis offers a sanctuary for rest, relaxation, and self-care—allowing guests to escape the city without leaving it.
About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and organised Manager dedicated to exceptional customer service and creating a positive, efficient workplace. In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest feels cared for and prioritised.

The salary package includes:
- Base salary of $90,000; plus
- Superannuation ($10,350); plus
- Monthly performance bonuses of up to $1,400 per month.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and that the guests’ expectations are exceeded for their wellness experience.
- Coordinating day to day operations, including bookings, refunds, guest queries, implementation of the procedures manual and coordinating with massage therapists
- Preparing and distributing the staff rosters for all team members (including massage therapists) in accordance with rostering budget and booking demand.
- Being the first point of contact for day-to-day operational or rostering queries from staff or contractors.
- Increasing business revenue through add on sales, retail and high customer satisfaction scores. Achieving sales, revenue and guest satisfaction targets set by Management.
- Utilise effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell retail products, maximising revenue opportunities.
- Handling group booking enquiries.
- Ensuring the facilities and workspaces are clean, hygienic, safe and compliant at all times. This may involve water testing, general cleaning, restocking towels and consumables, and movement of furniture at open and close.
- Liaising with suppliers, ordering stock, and stock control and management.
- Proactively and positively handle client complaints.
- Maintaining current First Aid certification and any other health and safety training and certification required from time to time.
- Other tasks as directed from time to time.
As the suitable candidate you will posses:
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a flexible and solutions-focused approach to achieve positive outcomes.
- Previous experience in service, sales, retail or hospitality industries, such as hotels, spas or airlines is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise, to effectively manage a diverse workload and perform multiple tasks.
- A friendly and vibrant personality. A positive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed and always perform to a high standard.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including scheduling software.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- The ability to be flexible to work weekends, nights, school holidays and public holidays as required.
