Location: Geelong & Surrounds

Salary: Starting from $70,000-$80,000 + Super (based on experience & results) with potential to earn up to $100k through consistent achievement of set KPIs.

Due to growth, we’re looking for a driven and results focused Sales Consultant to join our team. Whether you have solar industry experience or a strong passion for renewables with the drive to succeed, this role is for you.

The Role

This isn’t just a sales role. It’s about consulting, educating and delivering energy solutions that fit our clients’ needs. You’ll work directly with our Sales Manager and have the backing of a supportive, high performing team.

If inbound enquiries slow, you will be expected to take a Business Development approach, proactively seeking new opportunities to maintain a steady flow of leads and ensure installation lead time targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting on site and phone consultations to assess client needs.
• Educating clients on the best solar solutions for them.
• Preparing proposals and following up to secure sales.
• Building strong relationships with homeowners and small commercial clients.
• Proactively seeking new business when required to maintain a stable pipeline.
• Working closely with our office and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

✅3+ years of professional sales experience (solar preferred but not essential)

✅Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets

✅A self starter who can work independently and proactively seek sales opportunities

✅Strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly

✅Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple leads effectively

✅Interest in the renewable energy sector and a willingness to learn

✅Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and & CRM systems

✅Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
