Role Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated Solar Sales Consultant to join our team, driving sales of solar energy, battery storage, and security systems. This hybrid role combines in-office lead management with pre-set in-home consultations provided by the company. You’ll educate homeowners, close deals, and build lasting relationships, contributing to our mission of sustainable energy and home safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-set in-home consultations to pitch solar, battery, and security solutions.
• Assess customer needs and tailor proposals to maximize energy savings and security benefits.
• Close sales and manage the customer journey from consultation to installation.
• Collaborate with the team to follow up on leads and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (solar, home improvement, or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person homeowner interactions.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of solar, battery, and security systems (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Comfort with hybrid work: in-office strategy sessions and field consultations.
• Bonus: Existing knowledge of solar incentives, battery storage, or home security systems.
