About the role:

• Working with two highly experienced and reputable Partners.
• Advising a range of high-profile Australian and multinational clients.
• Be involved in employment, work health & safety and industrial, such as defending unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, employment agreements and industrial disputes, etc.

The ideal candidate:

• A mid-senior lawyer with at least 3+ PQE in Employment & Industrial law.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Strong and up to date knowledge of the Fair Work Act and discrimination laws.
• Excellent communication skills, commercially astute and confident in front of clients.
