We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to play a key role in managing the financial operations of the Group's entities. Reporting directly to the founder. About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-pace, multi-disciplinary environment. As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will be diverse, reflecting the nature of the Corporate Office. Key responsibilities include:

• Month-End Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance partners to prepare and monitor budgets
• Accounts Management: Oversee all accounts receivable and payable processes
• Fixed Assets Management: Maintain and reconcile the fixed assets register
• Cash Management: Reconcile cash balances, manage inter-entity transfers, and oversee bank account setup/closure
• Compliance and Reporting: Deliver accurate financial statements, BAS/IAS returns, income tax calculations, and support annual FBT and income tax returns
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing workflows, procedures and documentation

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and a collaborative approach. Key qualifications and experience include:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a complex organization
• Education: Relevant degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business. CPA or CA membership is essential
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is required, with strong knowledge of Accounting standards and Legislative Frameworks
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
