Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will be supported by an experienced group of colleagues and be an integral senior team member.

As part of a fast-moving and growing business, you’ll be responsible for managing financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and general ledger functions across multiple entities—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial governance.

✔ Core functions:

• Maintain a flexible and configurable chart of accounts aligned with GL structure
• Set up & manage multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee batch processing or real-time posting of GL journals
• Produce clear, insightful financial reports as and when required
• Handle monthly BAS preparation and lodgement
• Lead the annual FBT preparation process
• Manage reconciliation & payment of creditors, including rentals & outgoings
• Prepare journal entries and attend to finance-related queries
• Deliver accurate monthly financial reports and working papers
• Ensure timely and precise general ledger reconciliations
• Play a key role in the annual audit process with hands-on involvement

✅ What you’ll bring:

Candidates with a successful track record of working in fast-paced industries that process a high-volume of transactions and/or multi-entity environments will be highly regarded. Your expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and tax will ensure smooth financial operations and support business growth.

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  CA/CPA qualified
• Deep expertise in financial accounting, GL management & reporting
• Strong understanding of tax compliance (BAS, FBT)
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel
