About the role

Looking for a part-time and full- time to work in a vibrant and modern retail environment-immediate start and we will train you on the software program. Join the dynamic team at 'I.Melrose Fashion Boutique' as a Junior/Adult Sales Assistant based in Wahroonga, NSW. In this fast-paced role, you'll be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of this specialty retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Restocking and organising product displays
• Supporting inventory management and other store operations as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience, with a passion for fashion and design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work a range of part-time shifts, including weekends
• A positive, friendly and hardworking attitude
• Must be able to work 3 plus days per week and 1 weekend day per fortnight on a rotating roster
