About the role

Natuzzi Editions is seeking two part-time Senior Sales Furniture professionals to join our growing team in Auburn, NSW. As a Senior Sales Furniture representative, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales for the company's exclusive furniture offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with the flexibility of a part-time schedule of four days (including one Thursday night and one Saturday) OR two days on the weekend.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrate and showcase the company's furniture designs to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
• Process customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the consultative sales process.
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to assist in developing and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior sales within the furniture industry
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• People who are passionate about the furniture industry and committed to staying up-to-date with market trends and innovations
