Salary: AUD $80-90k + Uncapped Commission

What We Do
- Import/Export (Sea freight, Air freight)
- Warehousing (Storage & 3PL)
- Customs clearance
- Automation & Software development
What We Offer:
- Hybrid Work Setup: Spend 2 days in our West Melbourne office and 3 days working remotely, with plenty of day-to-day flexibility.

The Role: As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving outbound sales efforts, setting up efficient sales pipelines, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships and develop scalable systems to support our ambitious goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Develop Pipelines: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure sustained revenue growth.
- Shape Strategy: Work closely with leadership to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while ensuring client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated sales experience in the freight forwarding industry is essential.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and convey value to clients.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends, spot opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
