The role:
In this role, you will be supporting the Customer Service team with back-end administration, helping with everyday tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your duties will include handling cancellations, new business applications, and updating personal details or account changes.
You are an important part of the team, representing the company’s values in all your interactions. If an issue falls outside your scope, you will ensure it is appropriately escalated to the relevant team member. This role is more than just administrative duties; it’s about creating outstanding experiences and helping clients in a meaningful way.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar position.
Data entry experience is a plus!
