Construction/Building Office Administrator
3D Constructions, based in Ravenhall VIC and established in 2009, is a well-respected leader in the construction industry. We are currently seeking a full-time, ongoing Construction Office Administrator to join our dynamic and experienced team. If you have a positive, can-do attitude and are looking to grow your career with a company that values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration, including answering and transferring incoming calls.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and ensuring smooth coordination for handover to the onsite team.
- Oversee onsite construction administration tasks such as shared fencing agreements, OH&S requirements, service connections, and provide additional support to the onsite team.
- Create and maintain subcontractor agreements and ensure all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
- Manage data entry for workflows, complete tasks as they arise, and maintain customer files with necessary documentation.

- The ability to identify and address potential issues quickly and efficiently.
- A proactive, quick-to-learn attitude.
- A background in building knowledge would be an advantage
- Data entry, exclusively Xero
