The Role
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative and compliance support to ensure the smooth running of office and field-based teams. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This position calls for a proactive individual who actively seeks opportunities to contribute rather than waiting for tasks to come their way. This is an initial 6-month contract (with the potential to become a permanent role).
As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Support our office and field-based teams with a variety of administration and compliance tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Undertake general reception duties duties
- Undertake data entry
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant can demonstrate:
- Strong computer literacy
- Confident and positive phone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- National Criminal History Check
