Coordinate all VC bookings utilising the online booking system (GoBookings)
- Communicate with court and Correctional Centre staff to minimise prisoner wait times and rescheduling of court events
- Monitoring of the live feed of all videoconferences and communicate with courts, legal representatives, and custodial officers regarding internal prisoner movements, completions, cancellations and delays
- Ensure sharing of information with other custodial centres, Sentence Management, courts and legal representatives regarding prisoner placement and movement/transfers
- Monitor prisoner responses to their court outcomes where possible and communicate where necessary to custodial officers and Offender Development
- Ensure the appropriate exchange of information with key agencies to optimise the use of resources
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a better information flow regarding videoconferencing activities
- Schedule visits with local courts and other external stakeholders to maintain clear working relationships with the Judiciary, court staff and other professionals in these locations
- Maintain agency electronic recording systems as required, collate information Ensure comprehensive recording and documenting of all information collected during the videoconferencing process
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining IOMS to ensure accurate statistics are available
- Provide data input support for staff as required
