About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at UNKNWN MELBOURNE PTY LTD' in HIGHPOINT SHOPPING CENTRE Maribyrnong, VIC. This is a casual position, we need people who are available to work all week

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail space
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and performance targets

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organised work environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
