About the role

Join the team at Billy Lou Kids Shoes as a Retail Assistant working in our Leichhardt, NSW store. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Retail Assistant, you will be an integral part of providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the growth of our dynamic children's shoe store.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to assist customers in finding the perfect shoes for their children
• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment
• Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment and other store operations tasks
• Contributing to a positive team culture and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, ideally within the fashion or footwear industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, must be available weekends and school holidays
• An eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
