Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in hair styling techniques, including cutting, colouring, straightening, perming, and treatments. This role requires a strong understanding of Asian hair textures and the latest hair trends to provide top-tier services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments for clients based on their hair type, condition, and personal preferences.
• Cut, colour, and style hair using advanced techniques and chemical treatments suitable for hair types.
• Perform precision cuts, layering, and styling techniques with Korean, Japanese, and Chinese hair trends (e.g., soft curls, layered cuts, digital perms, and keratin treatments).
• Shampoo, condition, and treat scalp and hair health using appropriate products and suggest treatment solutions to clients.
• Clean and maintain the salon, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage client bookings and assist with Salon operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Asian hair trends, techniques, and industry innovations.
• Train and mentor junior stylists as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification in Hairdressing (or at least three years hairdressing experience).
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in salon setting, with a strong focus on Asian hair types.
• Proficiency in Asian hair techniques.
• Ability to work with different hair textures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or Korean
