About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our vibrant and talented team at our Hair @ Wentworth salon in the heart of Sydney's CBD. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair styling services to our diverse clientele, while also mentoring and developing our junior stylists. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney CBD salon.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colours, and treatments, to our loyal client base
• Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques, and sharing your expertise with the team
• Assisting in the training and development of junior stylists, helping them improve their skills and confidence
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment in the salon
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Hair @ Wentworth salon

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a hair stylist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
• Excellent technical skills in all areas of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, and styling
• A passion for the hair and beauty industry, with a keen eye for the latest trends and a desire to continually learn and grow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and mentor junior team members
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude that aligns with the values of Hair @ Wentworth
