About the role

Are you a talented and experienced senior hair stylist looking to join a dynamic and growing team? The Cutting Room Unisex Hairsalon in Caloundra, QLD is seeking a part-time senior hair stylist to join their vibrant and friendly salon. As a senior stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hair cutting, colouring and styling services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high-quality haircuts, colours, treatments and styling services to clients
• Offer personalised hair consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques and products
• Ensure a welcoming, professional and organised salon environment
• Actively contribute to the salon's success through excellent customer service and client retention

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified and skilled hair stylist
• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends
• A positive, friendly and team-oriented attitude
• Relevant hairdressing qualifications and certifications
