We are looking for a creative, technically savvy person to create and update marketing within our small team. We manufacture and install commercial swimming pool equipment- not the most glamorous things to market so looking for someone with an ability to make us shine! We have two brands within the group and therefore marketing will be tailored to each client group. As we are expanding nationally, this is a position in which there will be growth available over time for the right applicant.
Initial work will take place within the office but once the successful candidate is familiar with the team and products the ability to work from home will be available, with some flexibility to work at hours that suit their lifestyle.
Marketing Co-ordinator position:
- 2-3 days/week.
- Work from office required initially, then from time to time as required (office based in Carrum Downs)
- Flexibility to work your own hours as long as the work gets done, perfect for stay-at-home parents
- Maintain two companies social media presence
- Maintaining LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Creation of YouTube channel and assist with Installation/how-to videos
- Bi-monthly Mailchimp campaigns
- Website maintenance- weekly updates and blog
- SEO optimization- or at least working in with an SEO specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Research, write, edit, and produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and website copy.
- Multimedia Production: Capture and edit images and videos to enhance and support content.
- Copy-writing: Support in writing blogs and email copy to support marketing campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels and engage with the online community.
- Website Maintenance: Edit and maintain website content, ensuring it is always up-to-date and engaging.
- Marketing Collateral's: Support in creating print and digital marketing collateral's.
- Monthly Report: Preparation of a monthly report for MD and Sales Team- whats working and what isn't- so a good grasp of campaign effectiveness will be required.
- Channeling of Social Media leads/inquiries to the sales funnel.
What we need from You:
- Previous experience with marketing technical products or industries
- The ability to work autonomously
- SEO understanding to either run or manage SEO campaigns
- Strong spelling, writing and editing skills
- Experience with Wordpress website systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
- Understanding LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ad platforms
