Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Validation: Carry out meticulous equipment validation for new and existing machines in line with our validation schedule.

Maintain and Troubleshoot Packaging Systems: Keep our packaging systems operating at peak performance, swiftly addressing any technical issues to minimize downtime.

Develop Maintenance Procedures: Create and implement effective maintenance protocols to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct Inspections and Assessments: Perform regular inspections, documenting engineering processes, designs, and assessments to maintain high operational standards.

Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our operations and maintenance teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Cost Optimization: Innovate with materials and methods to reduce costs without compromising on quality.

Internal Training: Train Medipaq staff on equipment use, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols to ensure team proficiency.

Procedure Implementation: Ensure that all procedures and work instructions are clearly understood, properly implemented, and consistently maintained.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
