Our client is looking for a Sales Representative (Canberra) to join their team. The company is an Australian company specializing in the supply and distribution of timber and construction materials. The company caters to industries such as building, construction, and home improvement, providing high-quality lumber and other related products.
Also known for its expertise in the timber industry and commitment to quality materials for various applications. The company plays a crucial role in Australia's construction supply chain, serving builders, developers, and contractors.

About the role
- Your main responsibilities as a Sales Representative include:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share.
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a drive for success.
- Experience in the manufacturing, timber, or industrial sectors is a plus.
