We specialize in building homes on sloping sites along the stunning New South Wales east coast. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for representing all of our sales within the Hunter/Newcastle Region.

Location: Hunter/Newcastle Region

Employment Type: Permanent Full-time

Schedule: Weekend work required (negotiable)

Package: Excellent Base Salary + Super + Commission

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant with Tullipan Homes, you'll be an integral part of our innovative team in the Hunter/Newcastle Region. Reporting to both the Project Manager and the General Manager, you'll play the pivotal role in providing an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their home purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors at the Thornton Display Home, offering expert advice on house design selection, finishes and contingencies.
• Provide outstanding customer service, answering inquiries to help customers make informed decisions within their timeframe and budget.
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
• Meet monthly sales targets and collaborate with other departments to deliver complete and correct documentation.
• Manage client expectations and serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the sales cycle from initial quote to presenting tenders and variations.

About you:

We are seeking candidates with:

• Proven sales ability and a dedication to customer service.
• An outgoing personality with exceptional listening skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Strong organization skills to manage documentation and communications efficiently.
• Flexibility to work a five-day schedule, including weekends, with negotiable terms.
• Experience in the building industry is beneficial, including interpreting floor plans and contour surveys.
