• A Love for Coffee: We serve specialty coffee, and we want someone who’s passionate about it!
• A Smile That Speaks 1,000 Words: You’ll be interacting with customers all day, so a friendly and approachable personality is key.
• Experience: If you're an experienced barista, you know the difference between regular coffee and specialty coffee – make sure to highlight your experience in your application! If you don’t have experience but are eager to learn, don’t worry! We offer free training to turn you into a coffee genius before you know it.
