Our company is currently in a growth phase. We have some scattered temporary storage spaces on a vacant site in Cockburn and are looking to hire an honest, responsible, and stable warehouse administrator to help us gradually improve our warehouse management and material procurement processes.

Please note that this role will initially involve a significant amount of organizing and physical work, as the current storage environment is quite basic. If you are willing to grow with the company and play a key role in warehouse management, we welcome you to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Organize and optimize the existing temporary storage areas, gradually establishing a standardized warehouse management system
• Receive, inspect, categorize, and manage inventory on a daily basis
• Conduct regular stock checks and communicate with the planning department to ensure timely and accurate material supply
• Place purchase orders for materials and follow up on supplier deliveries
• Handle loading, unloading, sorting, and transportation of goods
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment and adhere to safety regulations
• Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Some experience in procurement or material management is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the planning department and suppliers
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing materials
• A forklift license is preferred
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for better communication with the team and suppliers
