We are currently seeking a qualified butcher to join our team at our butcher shop. With a strong local support and customer base, we are looking for an individual who is reliable, well-presented, and has a keen eye for presentation.

The Role:

Full-time and part-time positions available

Above award rate + Meat allowance

Responsibilities:

• Complete processing for our cabinet products
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area and equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers with their meat selections
• Supervise and run shifts unsupervised as the butcher in charge

Requirements:

• Experience as a retail butcher
• Ability to work in a team or individually
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
