About the Position
We’re seeking customer-focused professionals to join our dedicated Customer Relations team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of providing outstanding support to our customers and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering front-line customer service in both call contact centre and/or front counter settings.
- Delivering front-line customer service in the contact centre through inbound calls and webchat
- Future opportunities to deliver front-line customer service at our front counters are available.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
- Striving to meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contributing to the seamless operation of a ‘one-stop-shop’ service centre.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Customer service experience within a contract centre and/or face-to-face environment.
- A professional, friendly, and empathetic phone manner.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar platforms.
- Cash handling experience with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

- Highly developed customer service focus and commitment to quality customer service.
- A positive and proactive approach to responsibilities and duties.
- Proven ability in developing positive relationships with all customers, to work with the public and other stakeholders in an efficient, polite and courteous manner.
- Using tact, diplomacy and negotiating skills when handling difficult customers to achieve a positive outcome.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a supportive work environment.
