As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our team with scheduling, human resources, client liaison, contract management, and workplace safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in planning and managing team schedules to ensure efficient job allocation.
- Human Resources Support: Maintain employee records, assist with recruitment processes, and coordinate staff training.
- Client & Customer Liaison: Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support for customer service.
- Contract Management: Prepare, issue, and track contracts for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process & Compliance: Maintain workplace safety regulations and company processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- General Administration: Handle emails, document management, and office support tasks as required.
- Independent Decision-Making: Work autonomously, make informed decisions, and solve problems efficiently when required.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Think on your feet, manage multiple tasks, and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration, preferably in construction or trade-based industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Understanding of workplace safety and HR compliance is an advantage.
