The Company

Based in Auburn, this fast-growing company is expanding globally and establishing itself as an industry leader. A permanent, full-time opportunity has become available for a Sales Support Administrator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and invoicing follow-ups while overseeing the efficient delegation of tasks across various business divisions.

The Position

Reporting to the Service Networks Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support three Account Managers through administration and customer service duties
  • Manage two fast-paced inboxes, ensuring all messages are addressed in a timely manner
  • Allocate tasks to relevant business divisions to maintain efficiency and ensure smooth operations
  • Take ownership of invoicing follow-ups, ensuring that all issues are handled promptly and effectively
  • Act as the primary point of escalation, addressing and resolving any concerns or challenges as they arise
  • Ensure that tasks are properly attended to, and the workload is distributed fairly and effectively across the team

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have previous experience in an equivalent Sales Administration Support role and will include the following skills:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous expereience supporting a senior or team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task delegation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
