We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration & Marketplace Coordinator to join our Sydney Office. The position will support the National Sales team by providing administrative support. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining customer relationships, processing orders and partnering with our operational team.
Role & responsibilities:-
• Prepare, process & track sales orders in Oracle Netsuite
• Liaise with suppliers/customers regarding order updates & delivery
• Support the Head of Sales, preparing reports & associated data
• Maintain Office Showroom
• Assist with general sales & product enquiries when the Sales team is unavailable
• Manage Marketplace Listings & Administration
• Retailer Product Training
• Customer Product Fittings & Adjustments
• Incoming Calls
• Retailer Warranty & Fault Claims
• Retailer & Marketplace incoming emails
• Oversee credit applications and requests
• Support B2C team in Busy Periods
