We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth operations. This is an on-site role in our waterfront workroom at Kirribilli, just a short walk from Milsons Point Station.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for the right person to take ownership, make an impact, and grow with the business.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and respond to phone and email inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare quotes for custom work and follow up with clients to move deals forward.
  • Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow through the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and optimize sales campaigns, working closely with marketing to maximize conversions.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the sales process, ensuring orders meet client expectations.

Sales Administration & CRM Management

  • Track and report on the sales pipeline, providing forecasting and insights to the leadership team.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, including merging duplicate contacts and maintaining clean records.
  • Set up and optimize automations in HubSpot to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and support the team with any HubSpot-related queries.

Coordination & Business Support

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Place orders into the workroom and generate work orders from approved proofs.
  • Create artwork proofs for clients and ensure seamless handover to production.
  • Greet clients visiting the office, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing team with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven experience using a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with accounting software, ideally Xero.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Prior experience in the printing industry is highly regarded but not essential.
