We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff and Floor Staff to join our team at Dune Beer Co. As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in creating a vibrant and enjoyable experience for our guests. We're looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality, a great attitude, and a commitment to providing amazing customer service.

1. Bar Staff

• Beverage Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards. This includes pouring beers and crafting other drinks.
• Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to bar patrons. Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised bar area. Ensure adequate stock levels and manage inventory.
• POS & Cash Handling: Use the POS system to enter orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and card transactions and balance cash drawers.
• RSA Compliance: Adhere to all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations. Ensure responsible alcohol service and check IDs as needed.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other bar staff and FOH team members.

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is essential.
• Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.

2. Floor Staff

• Guest Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests throughout the venue. This includes greeting guests, seating them, and checking on them during their visit.
• Order Taking & Service: Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Table Management: Ensure tables are clean and properly set up. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with bar staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Customer Interaction: Answer guest questions about menu items, beverages, and specials. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other floor staff and FOH team members.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
