Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Shifts: Bistro & Gaming room with a mix of days and nights, Monday to Sunday, weekend and night availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the front of house.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Uphold high standards of professional conduct.
• Adhere to Club policies on appearance, behaviour, and conduct.

Requirements:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
• Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG).
• Gaming Industry Licence (GIE).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
