Position: Draftsperson

Location: Truganina, Melbourne (Office)

Job Type: Full time

Starting Time: ASAP

Schedule: 40 hrs per week

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus Super

Your key duties

• Produce high quality drawings based on preliminary designs
• Communicate and compile a list of elements required for our sites
• Work with the design, production and construction team to produce and issue drawings
• CAD/CAM drafting, cleaning up production files
• Read plans, drawings and job sheets
• Working in a team and also independently as required

What you’ll need to succeed

• Must have at least 2 year of demonstrated experience completing drawings and designs using AutoCAD
• Drafting / Computer Aided Drafting experience
• Experience within the Stone / Tiling industry
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Experience with Cad/Cam programming for CNC machines (Highly desirable)
• Australian experience is preferable, but not necessary
• Disciplined and self-motivated
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
