Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fashion and a track record of driving retail success across multiple stores? We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and inspire a network of fashion stores in Sydney Northern Beaches, overseeing operations, performance, and growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and developing a strong, motivated team.

You will work closely with Store Managers, guiding them to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will not only focus on day-to-day operations but also contribute to the long-term strategy of the brand by identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives.
• Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans and one-on-one meetings
• Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering
• Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practise.

Requirements:

• 3 years or more experience in a management position within a Retail or Customer/Sales focused industry
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and continually improving this to achieve results
• Personable, approachable and a great coach. Be there for your Team.
• Time management. Meet all deadlines requested by your Team, Peers, Department Heads and Managers.
• Has a positive can do attitude at all times, whilst listening, challenging and directing
• Coach-able in all aspects, flexible and proactive in style
• Must have a valid driving licence
