Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fashion and a track record of driving retail success across multiple stores? We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and inspire a network of fashion stores in Sydney, overseeing operations, performance, and growth.

About the Role

You will be joining a leading Australian fashion brand that is continously growing and moving from strength to strength. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong teams, they continue to make their mark in the fashion retail industry. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and developing a strong, motivated team.

You will work closely with Store Managers, guiding them to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will not only focus on day-to-day operations but also contribute to the long-term strategy of the brand by identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation. You'll be the key link between the head office and stores, ensuring that company values and vision are consistently delivered at every location.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers across multiple locations to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Performance Management: Analyse sales reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure stores meet and exceed targets.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and high standards of presentation, customer service, and stock management.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to grow market share, improve profitability, and ensure sustained success across the region.
• Recruitment & Training: Identify talent, manage recruitment efforts, and support the development of store teams.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all stores by ensuring an outstanding retail experience.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Regional or Multi-site Manager role within fashion retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial acumen and experience in managing large budgets and meeting sales targets.
• Exceptional understanding of fashion retail trends and customer preferences.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
