THE ROLE
As a Technical Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through your technical expertise and sales acumen.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships within the construction and industrial sectors.
You'll provide tailored, technical solutions to clients, showcasing how the company’s products can enhance performance, durability, and safety on their projects.
Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, delivering in-depth technical presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s strategic growth as it expands its market presence.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual with a strong background in sales engineering, ideally in the construction, industrial, or related sectors.
You should possess a deep understanding of technical products, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client-focused solutions.
Strong communication skills, both technical and commercial, are essential for building relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and project managers.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
$90,000 to $110,000 Base+ Super + Comms
You will receive a company car or allowance, tools of the trade, and full technical support to help you succeed in your role.
