The team is looking for a Senior LODE Officer to join our team; someone who loves a fun and fast-paced work environment where you can showcase your Training Facilitation, Technology and HR skills, and are looking to grow those skills in a multi-talented and skilled team.

About the position

The Senior LODE Officer is responsible for the coordination, design, facilitation and monitoring of learning and development outcomes to meet identified organisational objectives.

  • This is a permanent full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD.
  • The annual salary range for this position is $96,462.87 - $102,899.84 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position

  • Possess the required combination of qualifications, training, digital capability and experience to perform all duties of the position, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description.
  • Expertise in training and development to identify, design, implement and promote contemporary approaches to learning and development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of technology for learning.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and accountability.
