A hands-on recruitment 360 approach required, particularly important during peak periods in order to ensure service levels are maintained and that clients endure a positive experience.

1. Account Management - manage and drive existing accounts;
2. Screening and interviewing candidates;
3. Onsite inductions and check starts;
4. Administration work;
5. Site safety inspections;
6. Work collaboratively with a skilled operations team;
7. Work autonomously in a city based office
