  • The Regional West Area Command office is located in Dubbo, but the role holder is also expected to engage with stakeholders across the Area Command, such as Bathurst and Leeton

About the role:

This role is essential for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment of On-Call Firefighters across Fire and Rescue NSW’s Regional West Area Command.

No two days are the same! As a Recruitment Coordinator, you could be in the office coordinating On-Call Firefighter workforce planning, reporting and analysis one day, then liaising with Firefighters and Recruitment Officers in a Zone, or improving candidate attraction by engaging with stakeholders in a community the next day.

About you:

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges of vacancy management and knowledge of recruitment principles and functions
  • Sound experience in providing recruitment support and analysis
  • Ability to work autonomously to coordinate your own work.

Essential Requirements

Valid driver’s licence and capacity to travel within the Regional West NSW Area Command.
