The focus of this role is supporting the Head of People and Culture with day-to-day talent acquisition requirements.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The ideal candidate is highly organised, process-driven, and passionate about attracting and retaining the best talent.

This cross-functional role supports multiple teams across various locations, offering the opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic environment. It’s a great chance to join a close-knit People team within a company committed to excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to offer.

Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.

Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to employment laws and company policies.

Successful candidates will need

  • 4 + years experience in talent acquisition
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Strong people skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail
