As Australia's leading home builder, we're seeking a highly motivated Franchise Recruitment Specialist / Business Development Specialist to join our Franchisor team and drive the growth of our franchise network across Victoria and Tasmania.

About the Role

As a Franchise Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our franchise sales efforts in VIC & TAS, identifying and nurturing potential franchisees, guiding them through the process, and ultimately helping them achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales or recruitment expertise and passion for business development to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our franchise network.

You'll be based remotely in your home office in Victoria, ideally within reasonable proximity of Melbourne, where you will be travelling across VIC and TAS to meet with prospects and build relationships. There will also be some travel to our head office based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

About You

  • Proven Sales or Recruitment Professional: You have a track record of success in sales and/or recruitment, ideally within the franchise or business-to-business sectors.
  • Hunter Mentality: You possess a proactive and driven approach to lead generation and business development.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build rapport, conduct effective presentations, and negotiate with confidence.
  • Business Acumen: You have a strong understanding of business principles and can engage in meaningful conversations with prospects about their entrepreneurial aspirations and challenges.
  • Relationship Builder: You enjoy connecting with people and cultivating long-term relationships with potential franchisees and industry partners.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can identify and assess market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans effectively.
  • Resilient: You understand that rejection is part of the sales process and it doesn't deter you from achieving your goals. You remain positive and persistent in the face of challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Valid Driver's Licence & Reliable Vehicle: You possess a current driver's licence and have access to reliable transportation for travel.
