About the role

Starr Partners Campbelltown is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our residential property portfolio in the Campbelltown NSW 2560 area. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant occupancy and property maintenance
• Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating repairs and maintenance as required
• Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Handling all aspects of the rental process, from marketing and advertising vacancies to conducting viewings, processing applications, and managing lease agreements
• Maintaining accurate and detailed property records, including financial data and relevant documentation
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborating with the broader team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and various stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Thorough understanding of relevant property management legislation, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant digital tools
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate
