About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to drive operational efficiency, business growth, and team leadership to scale the company sustainably. Reporting directly to the Business Owner, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement Extreme Ownership principles to drive high performance.
  • Oversee and synchronise all areas of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Service
  • Develop and optimise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance development to build a high-caliber workforce.
  • Oversee systems management, technology integration, and automation strategies.
  • Strengthen relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service partners.
  • Implement Exponential Organisation (ExO) principles to scale operations effectively.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years in an operations management role, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or training industries.
  • Strong experience in supply chain management, process optimization, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to implement First Principles Thinking, Law of Constraints, and EOS methodologies.

You will also have:

  • Strong problem-solving and strategic execution abilities.
  • Highly organised, process-driven, and tech-savvy.
  • Experience with Smartsheets or similar technology for business process management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
