We are currently hiring a Remuneration Specialist on a contract or interim basis for 12 months to work on a large integration project with a national infrastructure business in utilities.

Reporting to the People & Culture Integration Project Lead, key responsibilities include:

• Leading the review of employee transfer obligations and considerations
• Review of existing remuneration frameworks, identifying gaps, risks and issues
• Identify actions and roadmap to develop new frameworks
• Lead review of current organisational design and capabilities
• With key stakeholders, develop recommendations on interim and future state organisational model design (people, processes, service delivery model, assets), highlighting costs, benefits and risks

The ideal candidate will:

• have proven experience within remuneration, ideally in the utilities and/or construction industries (but not essential)
• Previous experience of working with organisational design change in medium to large organisations (>500 employees)
• Proven experience determining, reviewing and implementing competitive remunerational frameworks and benchmarking
• Experience in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

This is a 12 month contract role that is ideally based in Melbourne but could be also done from Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. They are also open to someone who is remote within Australia.
