We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Remuneration Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the annual remuneration review process.

About the Role:

As a Remuneration Analyst, you will support the team in delivering key remuneration projects, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the end-to-end remuneration review, including data analysis, salary benchmarking, and reporting
• Interpreting and analysing remuneration data to provide insights and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with HR and business leaders to deliver key compensation insights
• Supporting remuneration frameworks, job evaluations, and market pricing initiatives

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

🔹 2-3 years experience in remuneration, reward, or compensation analysis within financial services or consulting
🔹 Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience working on remuneration cycles
🔹 Proficiency in Excel and remuneration tools (FIRG data experience highly desirable)
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data to stakeholders
