The Company
A global technology-driven organisation, this business operates at the forefront of data innovation, powering solutions that enable industry leaders to stay ahead. With a strong commitment to employee experience, they are focused on optimising remuneration structures and benefits that support a high-performance culture across multiple regions, including Australia and the United States.
The Leaders
Led by a CPO who values strategic insights and operational excellence, the People & Culture team is passionate about enhancing the employee lifecycle. This role reports into an equally impressive Employee Experience Director who is motivated to champion innovation, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to continuous improvement in remuneration and benefits.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role for a Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to take ownership of global compensation structures and employee benefits administration. You will be responsible for benchmarking salaries, designing competitive remuneration frameworks, and managing incentive programs that align with industry standards. The role also offers exposure to HR projects aimed at enhancing the broader employee experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading remuneration benchmarking and reporting to ensure competitive and structured pay frameworks.
- Managing employee incentive programs across key global markets.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to optimise benefits programs in line with company objectives.
- Leveraging HRIS systems for reporting and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Contributing to broader employee experience initiatives, supporting the evolution of HR processes.
About You
You are a remuneration and benefits specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Your ability to navigate international remuneration landscapes, particularly in the US and Australia, will be key to success! You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities make an impact. You will have a strong knowledge of remuneration benchmarking and benefits administration and ideally familiarity with Workday and Aon (although not a dealbreaker). This position will require you to be based in the Chatswood office at least two days a week, and you must be willing to be available for some early and late calls due to time zones. Most importantly, you’ll be wanting to join a small and mighty P&C team that value collaboration and are committed to excellence!
The Process
If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a tangible impact on a global organisation’s remuneration strategy, whilst growing your expertise in international benefits management, we’d love to hear from you! Please send through your resume today or contact Sarah Bolitho with any questions on 0499 027 469 or Harry Hobson on 0461 425 404.
